Dallas Heating & Air Conditioning is an HVAC service company that provides AC repair, AC replacement, heating services, and seasonal maintenance for homeowners throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. They support residential customers in multiple DFW neighborhoods and offer year-round heating and cooling services. The business was seeking support with:

Structuring their advertising on Google Ads

Creating service-focused landing pages

Running Meta Ads for additional visibility

I assisted by managing their Google Ads setup, building landing pages, supporting their Meta Ads, and creating ongoing social media content.

Overview & What They Needed

PPC Campaign Management (Google Ads Search + Performance Max)

I developed a complete Google Ads structure centered around HVAC service categories. Campaigns were organized by service type to help maintain clear targeting within their service radius.

The PPC work included:

  • Creating ad copy relevant to HVAC search intent

  • Applying geographic targeting based on their local service areas

  • Using bidding strategies available within the Google Ads platform

  • Reviewing keywords, search terms, and ad variations on an ongoing basis

This structure allowed the business to appear when local homeowners searched for HVAC-related services.

I created a dedicated landing page specifically for AC replacement services, designed for A/B testing within the advertising strategy. The page was written and structured to match HVAC replacement search intent and to present information in a clear, easy-to-navigate format. The AC replacement landing page included:

  • A mobile-friendly layout

  • Clear service descriptions focused on AC replacement

  • Simple contact pathways such as call buttons and quote request forms

  • Trust elements including customer reviews and service credentials

  • Clean, fast-loading design with HVAC-focused content

In addition to the landing page, I also created an SEO-focused HVAC services page that listed all of the company’s service offerings in one place. This page included clear section navigation, simple forms, and organized service categories to help visitors quickly locate the information they were looking for.

Both pages were structured to support ad traffic and search visibility by keeping the content aligned with HVAC search intent and presenting the information in an accessible format.

Landing Page & SEO Content Development

For additional visibility, I created Meta Ads focused on reaching local homeowners within the service area. The ads highlighted the company’s HVAC services, current discounts or seasonal coupons, and general brand-awareness messaging. The Meta Ads included:
