I’ve also worked in-house building PPC and social media strategies for HVAC and plumbing companies, and supported e-commerce teams by optimizing websites and content to improve user experience.

After working for an agency managing 60+ clients across industries, as well as an e-commerce coordinator, and in-house roles, I saw a clear pattern: small businesses were either overpaying for bloated ad services or stuck with campaigns that lacked creativity and strategy.
