Payments are processed through third-party checkout system. Payments must be paid in full according to the payment terms provided at the time of purchase.

3. Taxes

ClickByVal LLC provides digital marketing and consulting services only. No tangible goods are sold. At this time, these services are not subject to Texas sales tax under state law. Clients are billed for services only, and advertising spend is paid directly to the respective ad platforms.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Provide business details.

• Provide access (for example, advertising accounts or website logins) when required.

5. Compliance Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own marketing and advertising materials. These materials are subject to the laws, regulations, and professional standards of their industry (for example, healthcare advertising rules or State Bar rules).

6. Disclaimer
ClickByVal LLC provides digital marketing services as described in each agreement.

7. Liability
External platforms and websites operate separately from ClickByVal LLC.

8. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Any changes may be posted here with a new effective date.
